Sam Sekhon is a proud resident of Edmonton, having been born and raised in the City of Champions. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Grant MacEwan University before deciding to study abroad and attend law school in Australia. In February 2021, Sam was awarded his Juris Doctor with Class 2 Distinction.

Throughout his life, Sam has been consistently drawn to criminal law. During his time in law school, he was one of only two students selected from his cohort to work with the Queensland Prisoners’ Legal Service. It was in this role that he discovered his true passion for criminal law.

Before embarking on his legal career, Sam gained valuable experience in the wholesale automotive industry. Outside of his professional pursuits, he can often be found enjoying the outdoors and participating in various sports or cheering on the Edmonton Oilers. Additionally, Sam has a strong passion for travel and has had the opportunity to visit numerous countries around the world.
